This unit, located in Village Hall at Beaver Creek, was challenging due to the scope of work and location near the ski mountain. A living loft space was created out of an existing old attic. We were unable to use a crane due to the location so all steel beams for the loft floor were carried up by 14 men. This contemporary style condo features Rift Sawn White Oak cabinets, doors and trim with painted windows and stainless steel hardware.
