The Beck Building & Renovation Process

For all of us at Beck, the ease of the client's experience with the building or renovation process is just as important as their satisfaction with their finished home. This begins with open and frequent communication as the team seeks to identify and understand each client’s vision.  Each project is managed by an experienced team of construction specialists, which includes an on-site Superintendent, and a Project Manager, plus a company Principal and various office and field support people.

Our Managers and Superintendents have an average of 15 years of construction supervisory experience, most of that time with Beck.  Our management team hires the most skilled subcontractors available, using a focused, competitive bidding process to ensure high standards and value are met at every stage of the process. Guided by the philosophy of “progress on purpose,” our proactive project management approach provides clients with thorough cost control and reporting and aggressive schedule management. Following a home’s completion, our customer care division is available to address any warranty issues and provide ongoing service year after year.
